Located in the heart of the 6th Settlement, New Cairo, EL KHALIL Mall is conceived as a modern lifestyle destination that combines a strong architectural presence with warmth, comfort and refinement.
A destination designed for every season
The design is organised around two complementary courts. The open-air court brings natural light, greenery, outdoor energy and a lively social atmosphere. Alongside it, an air-conditioned indoor court provides a comfortable, premium shopping and dining experience during hotter weather.
This dual-court strategy allows the mall to respond to changing weather conditions throughout the year. By giving visitors a choice between naturally active outdoor space and controlled indoor comfort, the concept is intended to reduce reliance on continuous mechanical cooling and support lower electrical consumption.
Architecture shaped around movement and experience
Glass facades, curved forms, warm lighting, landscaped terraces and a signature bridge create a memorable architectural identity. These elements guide movement through the development while framing places to meet, dine, shop and spend time.
EL KHALIL Mall is designed as more than a retail building. It is a commercial destination centred on lifestyle, movement, comfort and experience.
