Located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this approximately 150 m² private residential rooftop was developed as a multifunctional family lounge for entertainment, relaxation and everyday gathering.
From Rooftop to Family Living Space
The main design goal was to convert the rooftop into one coordinated environment that could support family time, entertainment and relaxation. The design response organizes these activities as an integrated living space while maintaining clear movement between each function.
Integrated Lounge and Entertainment Zones
The rooftop brings together a family lounge, media area, bar and games zone, supported by planting and natural ventilation. Each area has its own purpose while remaining visually and spatially connected to the complete rooftop experience.
Design Development, FF&E and Custom Furniture
Through interior design, design development, FF&E and custom furniture, Arc In Space coordinated the layout, furnishings and activity zones as one cohesive private residential setting. The outcome is a flexible rooftop environment that supports gathering, entertainment and quiet relaxation.
