Caesar SODIC Villa

Located in Caesar, Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, this private villa was delivered by Arc In Space as a complete turnkey project. The property combines approximately 500 m² of indoor space with 250 m² of landscaped outdoor areas and was completed in 2025, followed by annual maintenance.

From Construction Start to Handover in 3.5 Months

Arc In Space managed the project from the start of construction through design coordination, fit-out, FF&E, accessories and final furnishing. The complete core-and-shell-to-handover programme was delivered in only three and a half months, aligning site execution, interiors, furniture and landscape within one coordinated turnkey scope.

A Complete Family Programme

The fully finished villa includes two master bedrooms, three additional rooms and a dedicated summer house. Social spaces are organised around an open living, dining and kitchen setting, while the 250 m² landscape extends the home’s capacity for family gathering and seasonal use.

A Coastal Material Palette

Large-format porcelain slabs establish a calm continuous floor, complemented by expressive Panda marble, brick wall cladding and warm walnut wood. Blue textiles and artwork introduce a coastal character while furniture and accessories complete the fully furnished environment.
