Arc In Space delivered the complete design and construction of this approximately 250 m2 private residence in Mivida, New Cairo. The project was completed in 2025 as a full renovation covering the home from concept development through construction, detailing, furniture, lighting, and the outdoor setting.

The Four-Month Renovation Challenge

The central challenge was to complete a total renovation within four months without compromising the level of coordination or finish expected from a luxury residential project. AIS managed the design and construction stages as one integrated process, aligning site execution, specialist details, furniture, lighting, and landscape work around the same programme.

A Warm Modern Material Language

The interior is shaped by a refined grey palette, expressive Panda marble, and warm walnut wood. Custom-designed furniture, carefully layered lighting, and tailored joinery give the social and private spaces a coherent identity while balancing luxury with everyday comfort.

A Complete Indoor-Outdoor Home

The completed villa brings together generous living areas, distinctive furniture, detailed bathrooms, intimate private rooms, and a landscaped outdoor lounge. The result is a luxurious modern home with a calm material balance and an outdoor environment designed as a natural extension of the interiors.
